Sirmione
Sirmione is one of the most popular resort destinations on Lake Garda. It is located on the southern shore on a narrow peninsula which juts out into the lake and features Roman ruins and an attractive pedestrianised historic centre.
The Villa Cortine dates back to the late 19th century when it was built by a German baron in the middle of parkland on the Sirmione peninsula. Lazise
Lazise is a town on the eastern shore close to the lake and easily accessible from the motorway which runs between Bolzano and Verona. It has a historic centre and a castle which dates from the rule of the Scaligers in the 14th century.
The Quellenhof Luxury Resort is a modern luxury hotel on the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda. It is located around 10 minutes' walk from the beach and half an hour south of the town of Lazise. Riva del Garda
Riva del Garda is the most important town at the northern end of the lake, with plenty of buildings of historic interest including a medieval fortress, and is also a popular location for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
The Lido Palace was originally opened in 1899 as a luxury lakeside resort for European nobility. Limone sul Garda
Limone sul Garda is located on the western shore of the lake and, as the name suggests, is known as a centre for lemon-growing on the typical historic terraces above the lake.
The EALA is a modern adults-only hotel in Limone on the western shore of Lake Garda. The hotel is run by the third generation of a local family and has a Celtic theme. Gargnano
Gargnano is a small town on the western shore of Lake Garda in the Riviera dei Limoni region. It can trace its history back to the 10th century and its location on the lake makes it popular with sailing enthusiasts.

Gardone Riviera
The town of Gardone Riviera on the western shore of the lake has long been a popular tourist destination. It was popularised by German doctors who recommended the therapeutic benefits of the local climate, which prompted the construction of elegant hotels and villas for the wealthy visitors.
